It is just about May, so let's do some Flower Cards

I don't know about all of you, but we've had our fair share of April Showers..so bring on the May Flowers, please.

This week at The Greeting Farm for the Farm Fresh Friday challenge...the theme is Flowers.  Seeing as i already used Hatter Bean for a Mother's Day/Spring card, i thought i'd try another image and found Good Luck Anya..and transformed her into a Mother's Day/ Spring Card.  What do you think?

I also decided to do a laying down view so you could see her hat veil.

All i did was make a tiny slit under her hat rim/flower and gathered up some veil and taped it down in the back.   I changed the shamrocks to flowers and added a glitter center gem.

I used some really cool dies that are available at Dutch Paper Crafters..just email the owner and she will send you a quote for the dies.  She is super fast and shipping is actual. The die behind Anya is a "fan" from Marianne Crafts, the corner dies are from Cheery Lynn dies and the oval behind Anya is from Spellbinders. Flourish is from Doo Hickey.

Copics used:
skin- YR000, 00, R20. 22
hair- Y11, 15, 19
dress- R81, 83, YR20
vest/hat- BG10, 11, 13
shadow- W3
Stickles- Diamond

Challenges;
The Greeting Farm- FFF- Flowers
Broken Box Stock- Mother's Day
Dilly Beans- Think Pink

  9. OK, I thought I'd commented on this card, but see that I hadn't. It is quite charming. I so like the veil you added -- it definitely would have been there IRL. Such pretty dies and elements.
